°µÍø51 Act
The °µÍø51 Act established °µÍø51 and sets rules and restrictions on °µÍø51 and grantees.

Inspector General Act
The Inspector General Act creates an independent °µÍø51 Office of Inspector General.
Program Letters
Program Letters provide grantees with guidance for compliance with °µÍø51 requirements and recommendations.
Advisory Opinions
Advisory Opinions provide interpretations of the °µÍø51 Act and regulations.
Rulemaking
Periodically, °µÍø51 will adopt, amend or repeal regulations through the rulemaking process. This can be triggered by statutory changes from Congress, strategic initiatives or internal reviews. °µÍø51 transparently shares regulations currently under revision, as well as the Rulemaking Protocol that governs this process, the current Rulemaking Agenda, and recently closed rulemakings.
Grantee Guidance
Grantees may seek special guidance or instructions on specific subjects. °µÍø51 has compiled commonly sought guidance. Additionally, °µÍø51 may issue guidance through webinars, remote meetings and conferences.
°µÍø51 provides additional guidance to grantees, including model practices, reporting requirements, training, and fiscal guidance.
